Michael A. Harold D. (Doug) Wankel Managing Partner email@example.com Has a 28-year career in law enforcement and retired as DEA Chief of Operations in 1996 (SES-6). He re-entered government service in 2003 to serve as the agency’s Chief of Intelligence (SES-6). Mr. Wankel also served as the U.S. ‘Drug Czar’ in Afghanistan from 2004 through 2007, reporting directly to two Ambassadors during that period. Mr. Wankel has over 11 years of service in Afghanistan and Pakistan, including service as the DEA Country Attaché in Afghanistan from 1978 through 1979, and has developed and maintains close relations with a number of high level Afghan political and government figures at both the capital and provincial levels. He continues to reside and function as the Spectre Country Manager for Afghanistan where he implements and supervises Spectre’s projects and initiatives in the country with a staff of eight vetted Afghan nationals.

Mr. McManamon served as the first DEA agent to conduct operations throughout Central Asia and Eastern Europe in the early 1990's. He also served for 6 years as the Country Attaché of the DEA Office at the US Embassy in London, responsible for joint intelligence and operational programs with counterparts in the United Kingdom. He concluded his DEA career at DEA's Special Operations Division, where he managed the section with responsibility for Europe, Asia and Africa. Mr. McManamon has conducted and lectured at training programs throughout the world, with a focus on Africa, Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia.
